Threat Led Cyber Resilience

The Aristos partnership works with you to identify and implement your required cyber resilience posture. We work with you to determine how to maintain your cyber resilience in this increasingly digitised environment. Our threat led approach identifies the most likely and highest impact cyber attacks that could affect your business. We identify how you should respond to counter the increasing range of cyber risks and advise on the optimal mix of people, process and technological interventions. We take pride in clearly explaining and navigating the often foggy landscape of cyber resilience and its relationship to your objectives . We help our clients determine and implement their required cyber resilience, shaped by a threat led approach to prioritised interventions and strategic outcomes.

Maritime Cyber Resilience

The Aristos Partnership has based its approach to maritime cyber resilience on industry best practice and the BIMCO's Cyber Security Guidelines for shipping. BIMCO has  issued an updated series of guidelines to address the increasing threat to information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) onboard ships. Maritime Cyber Resilience is being shaped by:

  1. The increased cyber threat to the maritime sector (Maersk, COSCO and others);

  2. The increasing importance of publicly demonstrating compliance with best practice in cyber resilience for operational and strategic reasons ranging from satisfying customer procurement requirements through to underpinning enterprise value;

  3. The IMO has given shipowners and managers until 2021 to include cyber security in the International Safety Management (ISM) code.

Data Protection

Elizabeth Denham the UK ICO said that GDPR “brings a 21st century approach to the processing of personal data, providing much more protection for consumers, and more privacy considerations for organisations. If your business isn’t prepared, you’re leaving yourself open to enforcement action that can damage both your public reputation and bank balance.”

We help you to identify your Personal Identifiable Information data sets, map the process flows for these data sets, implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect these data sets. We give you the confidence that you are handling data in accordance with GDPR.

Training

“Approximately 653,000 businesses (48%) have a basic skills gap.” Ipsos MORI | Cyber security skills in the UK labour market 2020: findings report.

We support many enterprises with their training needs including Basic Cyber Security Awareness training, GDPR training, Decoy Phishing email campaigns and Data Breach Exercises.

CISO as a Service

The digital, cyber resilience and cybercrime environments are dynamic and susceptible to fast-moving changes. A CISO can deliver more resilient outcomes for you by understanding your strategic goals, by building a vibrant stakeholder community and by identifying and implementing the required security posture and risk appetite. This will be achieved by managing the cyber risks based upon a mature understanding of your business objectives, operational processes and technology portfolio. The CISO will assess your risk exposure and identify courses of action that protect your organisation, assets, data and digital signals. This more resilient outcome will be achieved by understanding the threats and technologies, by developing a more mature cybersecurity culture and by conducting an independent assessment of your cyber resilience activities.

We’ve helped engineers, inventors, gaming startups, and entrepreneurs develop, secure by design services and products license.

Liability & Risk

Whether you run a theater, recording studio, or an eCommerce website, all businesses need to minimize their legal liability and risk. Our lawyers will assess the structure of your operation, such as its physical or digital space, the types of products you sell, who your consumers are, what type of company you have filed under (LLC, Inc, etc.), and so on. From there, we will tailor the right risk plan, complete with permit applications, insurance policies, and more, so you can worry less about liabilities and concentrate on growing your business.
