Maritime Cyber Resilience

The Aristos Partnership approach to maritime cyber resilience is grounded in industry best practice and aligned to the BIMCO Cyber Security Guidelines for Shipping — the most widely recognised framework in the sector. BIMCO has issued updated guidelines to address the increasing and evolving threat to both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) aboard ships and in shore-based management functions.

We work with shipowners, ship managers, operators, port authorities, and maritime supply chain organisations to build cyber resilience that is proportionate, evidence-based, and operationally credible — at Board level, in shore-based management, and with vessel crews

We delivered the first cyber security assessment for a leading NYSE-listed worldwide shipping company.

We have experience across shipowners, ship managers, port operators, and maritime infrastructure providers.

Our exercise programme has covered GPS/GNSS spoofing, ECDIS manipulation, cargo management platform compromise, and integrated IT/OT incident scenarios.
